The next meeting will be Tuesday March 20th from 6:00 – 8:00pm in Conference Room A at the Richland Library.

At this month’s meeting we had 14 squares ready for the Summer Reading Afghan, we decided everyone was knitting while watching the Olympics. We have 2 “H”s and Holly is going to do an “S”. Melany and Earlene both did squares from the AlterKnits book.

Here is a link to the 5 Shawls in 5 Days Challenge, it was fun and I learned a new increase.   http://www.arohaknits.com/5-shawls-5-days-challenge-sign-in/

WWKIP – otherwise known as World Wide Knit in Public Day is Saturday June 16th. We will celebrate at the Richland Library from 9:30am to 2:00pm

We also discussed the merits of Brit Box vs Acorn. Final decision – Both are good
