Fifteen DFA members have participated in the BIG WEAVE PROJECT, working on
reweaving many samples in A HANDWEAVER’S PATTERN BOOK, by Marguerite
Porter Davison. Many are members of the 4-6-8 Weaving Study. The samples DFA
members wove will be used in the new edition of this book. [Eugene Textile Center
has it for pre-sale on their website.] In appreciation for their contribution, they
received “I SURVIVED THE BIG WEAVE” totes.
