A Primary Member may add up to two family members for $5 each. To add a second add-on member: select "Family Add-on Member". Add item to cart a second time. Complete registration form for each member. Checkout.

if you do not wish to use a separate email address to register your add-on family member, please contact the DFA membership chair for assistance with your registration. It cannot be completed through the website. DFA utilizes electronic transmissions (email) and its website for all communications including study group information, Board information, special activities, and voting. By providing your email address, you give DFA permission to communicate all DFA business to you by electronic transmission (email). You can opt out of electronic communication, if desired.
